I ask the last question because the prior pattern for closure was locked out, released for 48hr to unload after calling in, then as soon as the account is empty it is closed for good. Which is why some cunning souls leave a little in the account so it never actually closes.
Another thing to check is if your card is simply unusable but you can still log in, is to call and if you get through to the automated line report your card as NOT stolen. I've had mine locked as a lost card frequently when doing a large CA. Simple call to release it.
I am done with MDV. I do not care if active or inactive. I do not want to login ever again.
FDIC and CFPB complaint did work? I think so....
