The fact that I have a higher level of recogntion than Z and P flyers is perfectly right. I spend much more and expect a higher level of appreciation for my business which the LH group now provides....

LH gives transactional appreciation to its F and C fare-bucket passengers. However, senior management has degraded the HON program to the point where it has all the sense and the function of the human appendix.
