Usually during the holidays Delta provides an opportunity to donate miles to charitable organizations. You won't get a write off or anything, but it's a nice thing to do. Otherwise, I would treat me a my closest people to free Business Elite seats to someplace fabulous. Imagine how fun it would be to take a few people on the trip of a lifetime. You could also just go with one other person, and use the miles to stay in hotels. This is not great redemption value, but it would provide for a free trip.
