Only Y, B, H Qantas fare earn 100% avios, and some of these cost more than discount business class fares. So almost certainly the fare you book will be discount economy and earn 25% avios. It is difficult to see the fare code when booking on Qantas.com, see the QF forum. Otherwise you can call to book and ask for the fare code, however booking a cheap premium economy or business fare may well be cheaper than booking a 100% avios earning fare..
