You need to click on QF which shows you will earn 25% avios in discount economy.

You would need to work out whether 25% BA avios, 100% AA miles or 100% QF points are more valuable to you. Personally I would go AA if you can boost your AA miles to a useable amount.
If the fare is just QF economy though, it will be 100% BA miles, which I would probably take. How can I check the kind of fare when I am booking? Does it explicitly say it anywhere?
