EU-BKK are based on weight system. I think TG is 20kg total. So 2 bags must not be more than 20kg combined.

SQ gives 30kg for Y passenger.

MS really gives you 2 pcs at 23kg each! So they are your best bet!
They have daily flights connecting between LHR and BKK in CAI.
