Reviving an old thread with a slight variation. We need to get from an arrival at Terminal 5 to the Hilton Terminal 4 and back again the following day with a couple of large suitcases and hand luggage. I understand the Hilton courtesy bus is no more and it is now the Hoppa. Getting baggage on and off buses is not easy for me so I'm wondering if Heathrow Express to Terminal 1 then change is practical for the Hilton. I don't mind walking long distances and dragging a bag but lifting is an issue. Just getting a cab would cost about what? Thanks
