As a side note, for those with Chrome problems, this fixes it without deleting all your other cookies and saved data for other sites:

In the URL bar, put in this: chrome://settings/cookies

In the popup, search for 'britishairways' and click the 'x' next to any hits you get. Close the browser and reopen. Good to go.
