IMO when people start to apply that request across the board we'll be on our way to a solution. I hate to be the bearer of bad news but if you think that just dealing with the 'snark' issue is going to make this board a happy, smiley place then you're mistaken. You have to address all impolite and inconsiderate behavior, not just the bit that you personally don't like.
