if you didn't select king on the reservation nor it listed as a guaranteed preference, then no comp.

normally it shows on my reservations IF i select a bedding preference:

GUARANTEED:
KING BED

NOT GUARANTEED:
HIGH FLOOR
ID REQUIRED
