Before I begin, I'm not trying to scam the system. I've never had this issue even arise in over 150 stays.

I'll keep it short:

- Rate booked has room type listed as 1 king or 2 double
- My profile (attached to this reservation) has the King bed preference
- Check into Full Service Marriott tonight, they give me room with 2 doubles

Does this fall under the ability to request the Elite Guarantee or not?
