Really the only hing that is different is the colour change and the touchpad control panel and one less small pillow. The Bose headphones is the main difference
I flew on refurbished F for my first time a few days ago and had that slightly disorientating experience as when you try a new airline/seat for the first time. The headphone is no longer in the compartment (it's handed separately to you) and I spent a good 20 seconds looking for the seat adjustment buttons before realising it was on the new touchpad.

The bedding and pillows looked the same to me though...
