I purchased 2 RT tickets to SFO-JFK (my wife and I) and then got an award ticket (for my father-in-law). I'm the only one with status (Premier 1K) and the 2 paid tickets are on one reservation # and the award ticket is on another, but all under my account. I requested upgrades for the paid tickets using Global Premier Upgrades and would like to upgrade the award ticket. Roughly how much will that cost in money and/or miles and when will that come available to me? This will also be for the week of the Super Bowl, so I'm assuming it might be pretty tough.
