I probably won't have the time to try both as i'm have stuffs to take care of in the city prior to this flight.

So VS lounge is better? I've never tried either one as this will be my first long-haul flight ex-IAD. Actually I've never been to any VS lounges - most of my long-haul flights were w/ OW (and a few *A) so it's always been AA/BA/CX lounges for me ...
