Spg hot escape rate $389/night Error?

Was pricing hotels for my annual birthday getaway. Planning Houston and saw Sheraton suites Houston was on hot escapes.

Dates Dec 28 to January 1

Lowest standard $162/NIGHT
AAA $169 /night

Hot escapes $389/night!

What? Is this an error or because its holiday week.
