Had a quite acceptable NV Laurent Perrier for pre-flight drink on-board last week.
I haven't noted any changes in the caviar.
OTOH, my sense of taste is not so great, especially in a flight environment, so I probably wouldn't notice a change in vodka to ethylene glycol...
Has anyone noticed improvement in the dining experience on the newer aircraft with humidified F cabins?
