Yep, it changed recently. I have a letter on my desk, dated 9/26/13, that says that I'm grandfathered in, but if I ever close all of my accounts, I won't be able to open new ones.
Speaking of grandfathers, I need to get my real grandfather to hurry up and switch his car insurance to USAA so I can get it passed down through my family to me eventually...
