Depends on the aircraft. The PMCO international config 757-200s do have personal TVs with audio/video on-demand. I don't know about the other UA aircraft as I avoid flying U.S.-based carriers overseas (foreign carriers generally offer a better product, although in coach, it's more similar than different--but I try to avoid coach internationally
