I received an email on Nov 8th that Lao Central had canceled all segments on my BKK-VTE-BKK 11/28-12/2. Tonight I received another one that said they canceled my LPQ-VTE on the 30th! Wow...they should rename it to Lao Uncertainly Airlines!

I called the office in BKK but no one spoke english. Then I called the head office in Vientiane and they sorted it out immediately. At least I think they did....they said they would process the refunds in 15 days. If not I will just block it at the CC company.

I ended up using Bangkokair on the BKK-VTE portion and Lao air on the Luang Prabang portion.

"You get what you pay for" has never been more true!
