AS does not have "international aircraft," and the only aircraft without Gogo are a very small number (4?) of 737-400s that will be exiting the fleet soon and are never used (AFAIK) for MEX operations. The aircraft will be Gogo-equipped, but as mentioned in other posts, Internet will only work within ~100nm of the US border.
