I usually fly AA so I haven't redeemed UA award tickets in two years. Two years ago when I was booking a ticket to PEK, the multiple destination function worked perfectly. Now it's even worse than Delta's multiple destination search engine. UA must have closed part of it so they force people to call in to book it.
