It hasn't worked for me the last few weeks. UA is constantly working on the IT that underlies the website. So functionality in one area will suddenly appear, while it disappears in others. I've noticed for, example, that the site now handles itinerary changes that generate a refund or travel cert quite easily. This is a huge positive change. On the other hand, multi-destinatination award search function is not working at all for me lately.
