If you cancel within the first two months after renewal, you should get 100% of the annual fee refunded. After that - prorated refund.
Thank you. Even pro-rated would be fine - just don't want to lose insurance cover for my Jan/Feb travel which I paid for with this Amex - I don't want to be caught in a major delays/cancellation situation due to snow again without a trip interruption insurance. I guess I'll call them and find out.
