I've used that fifth runway plenty of times. It seems rather common to land there when I'm coming from JAX, SAV, or BQK. The taxiing out from there can take a long time. It would be nice to create a taxiway where you can go around the end of the 9/27 runways and not have to sit there and wait for other planes to land and take off.
