No, you can't go to the FCL A without clearing security from B. You will have to go through passport control and clear security before the tunnel. It's not worth the hassle.

From a B gate it will be easier to follow the signs for passport control, go down the escalator, bear left and follow the signs for the exit. Then follow the guide in my signature to the FCT.
