People steal all kinds of chinaware from all different airlines, not just CX ! You can go to ebay and find that all for yourself, and there are airline collectible shows all over the world with collectors selling and buying all kinds of airline chinaware, silverware, and glassware !

Some of those you should just thank the people for stealing, as airline don't usually preserve history of everything they had years ago, very few of them actually have a museum of their own that showcase of their past products, and many of them will ask for donations or buy back from collectors or past employees (employee steal too, as once the lights out, who knows what they are doing behind the curtains in the galleys).
