My husband and I will be travelling DFW-FRA-FCO next week, DFW-FRA in F and FRA-FCO in C. This will be our first time in FRA, and I would like to walk to the FCT. LH439 seems to arrive everywhere, B bus gates, B gates, C gates, and rarely a Z gate.
It will not be that easy to convince hubby to do this (don't ask
). I am trying to prepare my speech with the advantages of doing so. After all my reading, I am still somewhat confused on some points.
If we head for the airport exit upon arrival, we will need to clear security AND passport control before exit? Or passport control only? I know we will need to clear security at the FCT. I was hoping to use the argument that security will be much easier there, but that will fall flat if we have to clear security twice.
