Just went through EWR C3 with PreCheck. Before the scanners you had 1 guy scanning and checking BPs for both Premier Access and PC. Premier was significantly longer, I had maybe 7 people ahead of me in PC.

Looking through the glass most people realized what they were supposed to do. The lady with a person between us was struggling to unstrap and take off her heels and right through the scanner was a TSA biting her finger nails just blankly staring at the pax without mentioning that she could keep them on.

Last time they had a TSA telling everyone to remove our belts. I went through with a small belt on, but I did take off my watch (Breguet Transatlantique) though.
