I'll save you some time. I had a similar issue with two A fares flown almost two weeks ago. After talking to the PM desk, Corporate Care in ATL (totally useless BTW) and @DeltaAssist on twitter, @DeltaAssist finally admitted it's an IT issue and they hope to have it fixed this week. If not, they will need to manually update each flight.

Thanks for the link - I will follow it with interest. I feel like a number of people are going to be shorted and it being year end, there will be some unhappy campers with just missing status upgrade because of this issue.
