Less than half of that would affect the staff as they count 1B from fuel consumption (newer aircraft and less routes I assume)... from the slides, we see

* 1B from Fuel Consumption
* 100M from maintenance
* 500M from productivity
* 150M from sourcing
* 100M from distribution
