Hey Flyer Talk Members:

I am traveling to SJU (Puerto Rico) end of January 2014 (18-26; flex dates).

Star alliance has nothing that is close to weekends (mid week only)- so it would force me to a two week stay instead of a 1 week stay. That is the only place right now I have a build up on points.

RT fares using JetBlue or different carriers are about $300.

Can anyone think of any promotions/carriers/or ideas to get a lower fare other than Priceline?

Also, I was surprised not to find a Forum/Sticky thread devoted directly to domestic promotions or promotions by region. We have something like this for hotels (which is very useful) and maybe I am a newbie and it is there and I am just missing it?
