I thought it was resolved to everyone's complete satisfaction that used PJs weren't recycled even if left onboard.

I'll admit, I always take the airline PJs with me, but never wear the bottoms inflight (just the top if I'm wearing short sleeves and it's chilly). However, if I did wear the bottoms, I cannot imagine:

1. Going commando, since I'd never wear new underwear without washing it first.

2. Putting on underwear after the flight that had spent the night inside my shoe.

3. Putting on underwear after the flight that had, even for a moment, made direct contact with an airplane floor.

My general rule is this: If wouldn't allow my johnson or his "associates" to have direct contact with something, then I don't want to wear underwear that's made said contact. I apply the same rule to the idea of hand washing prior to the "main event" in a men's room .
