My husband and I intimidate each other for a laugh.

I'm afraid I'm in a reverse situation where I tend to be in a better class than he is (I control my own travel, his is controlled by his employer).

A number of times I was in F and he was in Y (corporate policy for everyone)... on one flight I just told him to ditch his employer-booked flight (he told the employer who were OK with it) and got him an F seat on my Avios on the flight I was on because I felt bad.

I'm genuinely perfectly fine to sit in Y if the situation had been reverse though. I fully understand that swapping is not appropriate in terms of employer-funded travel and I'll shrug my shoulder and carry on.
