Agreed, the HRT gets needlessly bashed for serving the runny scrambled egg because it considered/look like cheap processed eggs in other parts of the world. I always

when people make that comment.
My experience is they serve crispy bacon at all Hyatt hotels in Tokyo (on days they serve bacon in the buffet @ GHT & HRT lounges). At PHT I ask for them to be crispy when I order my eggs and they deliver it. All taste the same, and all are paper thin. Probably all from the same supplier.
