The Scandinavian countries are terribly expensive. Particularly Norway. But I think that Norway is the most naturally beautiful. However, Stockholm is much more "gay interesting" than Oslo and has a slight edge over Copenhagen. Are you thinking Scandinavia out of interest, or because it is the closest on the map from where you'll be?
