I am looking to fly from one way YOW to LAS with an overnight in YVR. Below are the valid routings per KVS. Since the J fares can be reasonable I would like to fly YOW-YYZ-YVR (overnight) - LAS, which per the partial KVS screenshot below appears to be doable at similar prices quoted on AC.com for routings via YYZ.

Obviously the AC website does not allow for this routing, and even in the multi city function, the fare comes out significantly higher than if I pick one of the AC options. Before spending 30 minutes on hold by calling in, can anyone tell me if this should be bookable over the phone?
