Bank of America just increased the foreign transaction fee on their Debit cards to 3% ( including ATM usage )

Reports come back saying that even when used at CCB machines, the 3% FTF is still charged ( only the $5 part is waived )

This is different than the previous policy where both the $5 fee and the 1% FTF is waived.
