Whether you are connecting from QR to AB or QR to LH, you will have to go through passport control and security in FRA. If you are on separate tickets you may want to book a later flight to TXL to allow more than 1 hour 50 minutes in FRA. You will arrive in T1 and AB flights depart from T2 while LH flights depart from T1.
According to
this post yes you should be able to check your baggage through to your final destination but you may like to check with QR to be certain.
