With TK? LOL. Chances of equipment change are very high to the moment you step into the plane. On related note, my 330 had also changed to A340.

Last time I flew from BKK-IST, the plane went from 330-200 to 330-300 and back to 330-200 in the space of 24h. Last change was while I was transferring to airport so tickets and seating had to be re-issued at gate.
