You should not be looking at the roundtrip mileage on MileCalc because you entered the entire itinerary which is already in roundtrip form.
ORY-LHR-SIN-LHR-MAD-LHR-JNB-LHR-ORY will actually have a base mileage of 27,318

-50%
=10,927 AAdvantage EQPs you will earn
