Hi all,
I want to visit a friend that lives in East Sooke, BC. He says the closest airport to him is Victoria, BC, but Seattle may be cheaper.

My home airport is Saint Louis, Mo. DOes anyone have any advice on ways to cut down my flight expense as much as possible? It seems Air Canada and Alaska Airlines are some of the airlines that service Victoria. Are there good credit card programs to apply that offer miles for these airlines?
