I have a change of plans and have to cancel a booking that I made online a few weeks ago, I have until the 22nd to cancel the room but when I access my account online I can't amend it, so I went through the link on the e-mail (that states that I can cancel it) and it says
Reservation Summary
This reservation cannot be modified. Please contact the hotel directly.
Has anybody had this problem before? I will call them tomorrow if I have time, but I am surprised with this, and have never had such an issue in the past.
