We've experienced this three times once in TG F and twice on the same IB flight this year.
The TG female cabin crew member went into a bit of a fluster when the dropped glass smashed into pieces at the feet of my wife......it seemed to me she was more scared of her superiors finding out due to the number of times she looked up towards the galley. She wasn't exactly apologetic but appreciated it when my wife shone her reading light on to the floor to help her find any stray pieces.
The IB crew didn't bat an eyelid and made rather a poor job of cleaning up the broken glass at my feet more or less leaving it up to me to finish the task. During the second meal service they dropped another one, again at my feet, fortunately this time it didn't smash.
