i've been flying since january and i've had a few things (luckily really not that many) that really irked me since i joined this family. I've held my tongue on all of them because I'm scared of being dubbed a "complainer" by Delta (have read one-too-many horror stories on here about how that has happened) but if I got downgraded on an award J long haul I'd flip my lid; and i'm sorry--they WOULD be re-routing me on another airline if they had to. Screwing someone on an LAX to SYD flight is absolute BS btw; there are no other flights.....grrrrr
