I changed out the flat and put on the donut spare. I'm ~200 miles away from where I got the car. Should I drive home on the donut? Should I find a local hertz and swap out cars (is that free)? If I should drive back, do I really need to worry about the warnings that say keep it under 55mph?

Roadside assistance said they would charge me to come swap out the tire, that's why I did it myself. I don't even know how it went flat, I just came out of the hotel one morning to go to work and found it flat. So they will probably try to charge me for the flat tire repair too, right? What's the best way to handle that?

My trip home is in a couple days, so I'm hoping for some good and quick advice.
