Ah, please disregard. Looks like this was due to some sort of BA security measures - I just tried logging into their site and got this error:

You have made too many invalid login attempts. We have sent an email to your registered email address. The email contains a link to a page where you can reset your PIN/password.


I reset my password and now KVS tool is working again.
