I think MAD is served with 75Ls and 763s to BCN from JFK. It would nice to see a refurbished 763 to BCN since the one my wife and I flew on to BCN was worn pretty hard.
I'd been referring to MAD service from DFW and MIA; both of which have even seen 777s relatively recently.

While fleet planning with the US merger will shake things up, the plan otherwise is to eventually have two 763 fleets, new interiors to Europe/deep South America and old interiors domestic/short/medium-haul LatAm.
To my earlier point, though, do you think someone from GSK saying "we want the new one or we'll reassess our options" would get one dedicated to the RDU route, or would even that be too much hassle for the rest of the system?
Also, if the new ones are 100% aisle access, but one won't know the configuration until the day before, won't that leave a lot of unhappy customers who are traveling in pairs?
