I would hazard a guess that by far the least likely CDG route to ever see a 77W is ORD. First of all, ORD does not yet see any 773 traffic (which substantially reduces the already slim chances one will sub in), and AA's other four cornerstone cities will see 773s well before ORD. Second of all, in the last few years, only JFK and DFW have seen 777s to CDG, and even those were just on a short term basis. Finally, were ORD to see a 77W it would more likely be part of the LHR rotation (and I'm even skeptical about that, unless it were done for positioning purposes, ORD-LHR is now mostly 763s).
