CONUS to Hawaii: Two Regions...Max Connection Time?
What is the maximum allowable connection time between the Continental US and Hawaii.

I'm seeing a flight connection with ~10hrs in PHX - which for International would be fine...but not sure what the limit is for 'hybrid' region Hawaii - which is kind of domestic where by rule there is a 4 hour maximum.
