FANTASTIC experience with the Diamond Desk agent last night. Have a 2 night points-and-cash stay that I needed to add a 3rd night to on "regular" points (no points-and-cash option for that night) -- and that it be noted that that reservation was to be understood by the hotel as a second room (already had the first room for another family member reserve). The agent immediately "got" what I needed to do, and quickly and competently arranged it with appropriate comments in the reservation (which she sent me) and even had time for some fun banter about the relative merits of Dallas versus Ft. Worth
